For both rentals, all linens, towels, and kitchenware are supplied; linens and towels can be changed on request.

Check deposit required with reservations.

Reservations by the week, generally check in on Saturday and check out on Saturday. (Dates may be flexible, and shorter stays may be available depending upon season. Call or email for more information.)

Price ranges (weekly):

May 30st to July 03th, $1,350–$1,600.
July 4th to August 28th, $1,650–$2,000.
August 29th to October 25th, $1,550–$1,300.

Thirty (30) days cancellation notice required.
All rates are subject to a 7% Maine lodging tax.
