For both rentals, all linens, towels, and kitchenware are supplied; linens and towels can be changed on request.

Reservations by the week, generally check in on Saturday and check out on Saturday. (Dates may be flexible, and shorter stays may be available depending upon season. Call or email for more information.)

Price ranges (weekly):

May 31st to July 4th, $1,300–$1,550.
July 5th to August 29th, $1,600–$1,900.
August 30th to October 21st, $1,500–$1,300.

Thirty (30) days cancellation notice required.
All rates are subject to a 7% Maine lodging tax.
