Watch the sunrise (and moonrise) over the bay from our Country Style Oceanview Cottage. Two bedrooms, two baths, king- and queen-sized beds, large living room with sofabed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and large backyard with outdoor grill. (Non-smoking, no animals.) Cottage has air-conditioning, telephone, wireless Internet, cable TV, VCR, and DVD. All linens and kitchenware supplied. Access to heated pool and just two-minute walk to our beach access at Clam Cove.
Available May through November. Rates: $1,000–$1,600 per week (based on 7-day stay). Limited to a total of six people.

Reservations by the week, generally check in on Saturday and check out on Saturday. (Dates may be flexible, and shorter stays may be available depending upon season. Call or email for more information.)

Price ranges (weekly):
May 15th to July 4th, $1,150–$1,350.
July 5th to August 29th, $1,400–$1,700.
August 30th to November 15th, $1,300–$1,200.
Thirty (30) days cancellation notice required.
All rates are subject to a 7% Maine lodging tax.
