DOUBLE ROOMS
Our double rooms are all tastefully decorated, refurbished, and smoke-free.. We offer rooms with two double beds or two queen beds, all with in-room coffee, hair-dryers, refrigerators, TVs, Air Conditioning, Individual Heat Control and Wireless Internet.
TWO BEDROOM UNITS
We also offer two bedroom units, which come in different sizes, offering a choice of three double beds or two queen beds, some with kitchen/kitchenettes. All these units also have in-room coffee, hair-dryers, refrigerators, TVs, Air Conditioning, Individual Heat Control and Wireless Internet.
-Each morning we have Deluxe Continental Breakfast in our "Top of the Morning Room" (seasonal)
-Some rooms with ocean views.
-Private access to scenic cove just a two-minute walk.

Rooms and Suites Cancellation Policy
July 11th - August 24th:
3 days cancellation notice required on midweek room reservations.
5 days cancellation notice required on midweek suite reservations.
5 days cancellation notice required on weekend room reservations.
7 days cancellation notice required on weekend suite reservations.
August 25th - November 10th and May 24th - July 10th:
Three (3) days cancellation notice required on all rooms.
Five (5) days cancellation notice required on all suites.
May 3rd- May 23rd :
Two (2) days cancellation notice required on all rooms.
Three (3) days cancellation notice required on all suites.

Festival And Show Events Minimum Stay Applies
30 days cancellation notice required for Lobster Festival & Blues Festival reservations.
